Christian Formation

The entire parish community has the responsibility for promoting the educational/formational aspect of the Church’s mission. Help support the Faith Formation Team and promote adult formation opportunities. Click the link to learn more about Christian Formation ministry opportunities.

Human Concerns

Work to prayerfully serve the needs of our parish and community at large. You can get involved in activities such as Care Ministry/Homebound Visits; the Prayer Shawl Ministry; Prayer Ministry team and Funeral/Bereavement Ministry. Help to coordinate activities that support the Slinger Food Pantry, Capuchin Community Services and other organizations. Click the link to learn more about Human Concerns ministry opportunities.

Homebound Parishioners: If you, or somebody you know, is unable to attend Mass and would like a visit and receive Holy Communion in your home, please contact Marg Wiedmeyer at 262-224-7148.

Liturgical Ministries

Do you feel the call to grow your faith and participate more fully at Mass? Be the welcoming face of our parish community, proclaim the Word of God, join our Choir, or serve at Mass are just a few of the opportunities available to answer that call. Click the link to learn more about Liturgical Ministry opportunities.

Pastoral Council

Pastoral Council members serve to advise the parish priest about pastoral issues and to help make decisions that guide the direction of our parish. The Christian Formation, Human Concerns and Prayer & Worship Committees are standing committees of the pastoral council. Serving on the council is a way to strengthen the investment you have in your faith and in your parish. Do you feel called or know someone who would make a good leader in our parish? Nominations for Pastoral Council members and Parish Trustee take place in late spring or early summer.

Prayer and Worship

Nourish and give direction to the liturgical and communal prayer life of our faith community or offer to help with decorating our beautiful church. Click the link to learn more about Prayer and Worship ministry opportunities.

Be generous with your time and talents!

In addition to the ministries noted above,

volunteers are needed to help with our other parish events throughout the year.

"Parishioners must accept responsibility for their parishes and contribute generously - both money and service - to their programs and projects. The success or failure of parish programs, the vitality of parish life, or its absence, the ability or inability of a parish to render needed services to its members and the community, depend on us all."
