The Prayer Ministry Team will gladly pray (daily) for your special intentions. If you like to be on our prayer list or if you would like to become a member of the Team call 629-5713.

 

The Parish Council meets at 7 p.m. the second Wednesday of the month at the rectory.

 

The Human Concerns Committee is looking for more Blessed Prayer Shawls. The shawls can be knitted or crocheted and have no special pattern. The finished shawls can be brought to Church, where they will be blessed and a prayer card attached. Contact Kelly Ellenbecker at (262) 923-0196 for more information.

 

Liturgical ministry schedules

 

Ministry of Altar Servers light altar candles, carry the processional cross and candles, assist the priest, prepare the altar for the gifts, ring bells during the Eucharistic prayer and remove items from the altar during communion. Students in grades 4 and up are welcome to serve.

Ministry of Lector Adults are invited to answer the call to be a minister of the Word or lector proclaiming Bible readings at Mass.

Extraordinary Ministers of Communion distribute Holy Communion or carry Holy Communion to the sick, homebound or hospitalized. The invitation is extended to confirmed Catholics who are following the way of Christian life, faith and morals.

Greeters provide an enthusiastic, positive, spiritual and a friendly welcome to each person entering church before every worship service. Greeters also assist with seating, offertory collection and distribution of bulletins or other handouts after Mass. Students, adults and families are invited to serve.

 

New servers, Eucharistic ministers, greeters and lectors are always welcome.
